Our Values

LOVE IN ACTION

Our work is grounded in all-encompassing, unconditional love.

INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL & EMOTIONAL NOURISHMENT

We are committed to nurturing our students’ academic, social, and emotional growth to ensure they reach their full potential.

COMMITMENT TO CONSISTENCY

We help our students develop confidence and independence by providing consistent guidance and structure from the same teachers throughout their entire Wee Care experience.

PHILOSOPHY OF PARTNERSHIP

The relationship between teachers and parents is vital to success. We support collaboration between parents, school staff, and community resources.

Every three years, Wee Care enrolls a new group of two-year-old children, and works with this same group of children through age four. This provides educational stability to our students and cultivates stronger relationships with our families. This consistency and continuity, combined with starting children at an earlier age, is what makes Wee Care unique.

from the founder

All too often children fail in school and life, not because they lack the brainpower and desire to succeed, but because they lack the experiences, opportunities, and support that every child deserves. Without those critical elements during the earliest years, these children arrive at elementary school woefully behind their peers. By the time they reach middle school they begin to feel they can’t succeed, and by high school some have dropped out of the educational system.

By introducing rich educational experiences and critical family support beginning at age two and continuing through their transition into kindergarten, Wee Care seeks to change the lives of these at-risk children.
